Ayah 111:1
تَبَّتْ يَدَآ أَبِى لَهَبٍ وَتَبَّ
تَبَّتْ

Perish
يَدَآ

(the) hands
أَبِى

(of) Abu
لَهَبٍ
lahabin
Lahab
وَتَبَّ
watabba
and perish he
May the hands of Abū Lahab be ruined, and ruined is he.1

111:2
Ayah 111:2
مَآ أَغْنَىٰ عَنْهُ مَالُهُۥ وَمَا كَسَبَ
مَآ
mā
Not
أَغْنَىٰ
aghnā
(will) avail
عَنْهُ
ʿanhu
him
مَالُهُۥ
māluhu
his wealth
وَمَا
wamā
and what
كَسَبَ
kasaba
he earned
His wealth will not avail him or that which he gained.

111:3
Ayah 111:3
سَيَصْلَىٰ نَارًا ذَاتَ لَهَبٍ
سَيَصْلَىٰ
sayaṣlā
He will be burnt
نَارًا
nāran
(in) a Fire
ذَاتَ
dhāta
of
لَهَبٍ
lahabin
Blazing Flames
He will [enter to] burn in a Fire of [blazing] flame

111:4
Ayah 111:4
وَٱمْرَأَتُهُۥ حَمَّالَةَ ٱلْحَطَبِ
وَٱمْرَأَتُهُۥ
wa-im'ra-atuhu
And his wife
حَمَّالَةَ
ḥammālata
(the) carrier
ٱلْحَطَبِ
l-ḥaṭabi
(of) firewood
And his wife [as well] - the carrier of firewood.1

Ayah 111:5
فِى جِيدِهَا حَبْلٌ مِّن مَّسَدٍۭ

In

her neck
حَبْلٌ

(will be) a rope
مِّن

مَّسَدٍۭ
masadin
palm-fiber
Around her neck is a rope of [twisted] fiber.
